The Gifted Housekeeper (2023)

Lin Xiao Pan’s life was turned upside down when her parents divorced when she was a child. She moved to Japan with her father and graduated from Japan Junior College majoring in home economics. Despite her sweet and silly exterior, Xiao Pan is actually a stubborn and enthusiastic girl with a strong sense of justice. Her doting father runs a Chinese restaurant in Japan. Despite her father’s objections and her boyfriend’s poor social background, Xiao Pan is determined to marry him, only to be left heartbroken when he runs off. Wanting to start anew, Xiao Pan moves to Shanghai and takes a job as a housekeeper. There, she meets Zuo Fei, a grieving widower, and the two begin to grow closer.
