Synopsis: When a 26-year-old man is diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer, his life is drastically altered. As he grapples with the physical and emotional pain of his treatment, he is also forced to confront the fact that he never truly lived. In an attempt to escape his reality, he retreats into his imagination and finds solace in a magical forest where he believes he can find answers and miracles. Based on the webtoon “Big See” by Kim Bo Tong, this drama follows the man’s journey as he navigates his illness and seeks meaning in a world beyond his own.
